Outdoor space is for those who would like sit outside in the sunlight and enjoy their meals.

The design only uses Essoldo's façade to keep the Stretford's identity as well as attract people. Remaining of the building has been removed to accommodate new design.

Easy access from subway

Semi-public spaces are allocated on the SW side of the building, separated from public areas.

Public spaces are strategically on the NE side of the building to exposing to most interesting views.

A new road has been added to create a better circulation for public who are either using Edge Lane or Tram. 

A park shared between the apartment building and the restaurant. This may attract people from far distances as many people currently go to Victoria park.

This space has been strategically left for future housing project to tackle Stretford's housing issues. This may open a door for future potential customers.
