Following the big model event, I decided to create a stronger  inside to outside connection in the building through material use and design. Here, I have tested and developed stair case design. The whole idea was to bring stairs at the center of attention rather than hiding it in the corner for it to be used just for circulation purposes.

CONS
PROS

- views inside are maintained when stairs are used

- wooden finish

- connects to outer cladding

- too simple

- people can only see through if they stand still and look straight

- mixture of steel and wood

- space under the stairs can be dangerous for children

Key Points

1. Gap can be widen to create more room for eyes to see around.

2. Vertical structure may work better

3. Can the design have more than one use?
