In zoning A, I thought I did not have to demolish Essoldo as there is adequate space behind, near canal. The diagram above shows a simple initial programme plan for the design. It allows pedestrians circulation through market place with outdoor place to eat. Markets are outside the restaurant connected by outdoor seating, mainly because a person who is visiting markets, does not necessarily have to go through the restaurant. Restaurant and learning space has multiple view to canal and outdoor area.
